You seem to have a lot of more expensive creatures going on here. Cheaper ones such as Soul Warden or Mogg Fanatic might help for early defense. I am also a big fan of Thundersong Trumpeter in W/R decks. I would also up the number of Exalted or Battlegrace Angel and take out Brion and the Twilight Shepherd. Serra Avenger is also a solid angel for very little mana. So far as other spells, get rid of the Lightning Talons for Oblivion Ring, and get more Incinerate and Lightning Helix in place of Sunlance and Puncture Bolt. Seething Song or Rite of Flame will make it easier to play your angels, and make sure you have lots of mana out for extra burn spells and the Decree. Finally, some lands such as Battlefield Forge, Sacred Foundry, or Rugged Prairie would make sure you have the right colors out for your spells.

None of the scarecrows looked all that worthwhile, but I shall try out the Sculptors and see how they work. Thanks for the suggestion.

Obstinate Familiar has potential in this deck, too. Stops you from damaging yourself so much and from decking yourself.

Perhaps one thing I'd do is pack some counterspells (Mana Leak, Counterspell, Cryptic Command, Negate). With the opponent drawing so many cards, they're going to manage to play a few. And with the majority of their deck at their disposal thanks to massive card drawing, it'll probably pack a wallop. Another thing I'd suggest is try to get some better multi-colored lands. Crumbling Necropolis seems the perfect card for this deck (I'd replace all 6 of the bouncelands with 4 of these). Bottle Gnomes might not be bad in here...it's a solid blocker and will give you some life back after you take some due to Spiteful Visions.

Try for some cheaper creatures, especially ones that actually gain you life (Martyr of Sand would be crazy good in here). Not enough of these cards actually do life gain, which is what you really want when playing Avatars. There is a lot out there that can make a deck like this really rock if you look a bit.

Well, then Grave Pact is an excellent idea. Sorry about that, and thanks, magiknoob.

One of the things I’d do to this deck first is make a sideboard for all of your color hosers. I’d include all the Circles of Protection, Absolute Law, Karma, Warmth, Righteous Indignation, and Conversion in there, because most of them will be useless against most decks. That’s 11 cards removed already!

Another thing to do is focus your deck down a little. Having so many one-ofs without a purpose will harm consistency. Figure out which Rebels you like best and run 2-4 of each of those, and filter out the non-rebels (perhaps aside from two Soul Wardens and Reya).

Here’s some ideas for cards that would be more effective in your deck, but it’s more important to stick to what you like and make it consistent:
Get rid of the Moth for another Soul Warden. Try to replace the Revivalists with Lin Sivvi. I prefer Hero’s Resolve over Improvised Armor, since it’s cheaper, and I’d replace the Pacifism with Oblivion Ring since you can use it on non-creatures, too. I’d keep two of each Holy Strength and Asha’s Favor at most, and get rid of Lumithread Field, Angel‘s Feather and Noble Stand entirely. Solid enchantments for your deck might be Angelic Chorus, Angelic Renewal, Spirit Loop, and Armored Ascension. Bound in Silence might also be nice, since you’re running rebels.

I typically only have only 50 cards listed because in the group I play with (I don't play FNM or anything), we play 40-60 card decks. I'm looking for ideas to bump many of them up to 60.

Thanks for the ideas.

Unless you're using them for their abilities, I think that you should replace the Battlemages with something that does discard, such as Nezumi Shortfang. It'll also fit your curve a bit nicer. The Obelisks could be taken out for more discard, such as Raven's Crime and/or Hymn to Tourach. You could probably even take out 2 Countersquall for these, since hopefully your opponent has discarded anything you would want to counter. Also, I recommend switching out the Panoramas in favor of basic land, painlands (especially Shivan Reef) or the rare Ravnica dual lands.

Just so you know, sacrificing a token won't trigger Grave Pact, as creature tokens never touch the graveyard. Other than that, the deck looks pretty solid, and a cool idea.

Oh, and also, Reliquary Tower is not all that helpful in a burn deck. You could probably take those out for mountains as well.

I'd get some Mogg Fanatics in here. They're early blockers, effective 'burn', and can fuel your Siege-Gang Commander. Replace Blaze with Banefire or Demonfire, and get more Flame Javelins. Maybe Seething Song or Rite of Flame would be more helpful than Azusa, and then you could swap out the slow Vivid lands for Mountains, and maybe a Keldon Megaliths or Ghitu Encampment or two.

Personally, I'd get rid of all the Vivids in favor of basic lands or the Ravnica rare multi-lands (especially ones that can make red, like Blood Crypt and Steam Vents) if you really want the variety. The Vivids come into play tapped, so you can't use them first turn, and the filter lands (Cascade Bluffs, etc.) can't make color until 2nd turn, so you were relying on drawing your one mountain or having your opponent play red in order to get your one-drop. The rest of the deck looks pretty solid.

I'd take out Progenitus, Etched Oracle, and a Mishra for Tinker, a Magnetic Flux, and at least one more Shrapnel Blast.

I agree with superdork on many of the spells (more Spitebellows, Nova Chaser). If you wanted to keep it multicolor, I think that would be all right. I would, however, look for some ways to speed it up even more, such as taking out Morselhoarder for Brighthearth Banneret. And definitely get some burn spells. Primal Beyond is a must in here if you want to keep it multicolor.

Dragonspeaker Shaman are a must in dragon decks. I'd get rid of the Karona, the Dragon Tyrant, a Dragon Mage or two, a Shivan Dragon and Nicol Bolas. Hellkite Overlord would be pretty great, as well as some cheaper dragons like Dragon Whelp or Furnace Whelp. Changelings like Woodland Changeling might be able to hold down the fort until you can get the dragons out, and be nice sacrifice targets later on. A few solid burn spells such as Incinerate couldn't hurt either. Llanowar Elves, Dark Ritual, Rite of Flame, and Seething Song might help with your high mana curve. I would cut out one of each Recurring Nightmare and Sneak Attack. Jungle Shrine might be a bit helpful as well. I don't know how well you'd be able to pull off a Dragonstorm, but it might be very nice.

Cauldron Haze, Armageddon, and Oblivion Ring might work nicely in here.

Vine Trellis, Wall of Blossoms, Wall of Glare, and Shifting Wall would all do well in this deck, and the Wall of Nets and Plumeveil mentioned above would also be great. If you felt up to splashing black, Wall of Souls and Doran, the Siege Tower would be excellent in here, especially considering I don't really see a way of damaging the opponent. Regrowth and Righteousness/Hold the Line might be nice, as well. I'd also replace a Boon Reflection and two Serra's Embrace with Oblivion Rings, and get some Swords to Plowshares or Path to Exile. If you play black, Vindicate would also be great. I would replace all of your spells with some of the stuff I mentioned, and get Heroes Reunion if you still want life gain. Also, consider Rolling Stones in place of a few of the Animate Walls.
