hm again a deck i like mainly for being a somewhat efficient allround-deck and still keeping a low $$$-curve :P. For casual games it should be pretty awesome and with a bunch of upgrades etc. it looks about the same as that MythicBant deck so it has to be on a good way ;).

its actually a nice setup there as normal for Boss Naya. What ive been doing vs RDW was siding in Student of Warfare. RDW doesnt do much once its out of "gas" so u bolt / path their creatures, got it, still i dont like wasting a removal for everyone of those ugly hasters that are gone end of turn anyways. T1 Student, T2 Levelup -> 3/3 firststrike, nice to attack but better for def.

i totally see that all it takes is one of their burnspells for that guy but hell, which of Naya's creatures survive that anyways ;) (in Boss).

Further i wasnt that happy with Sejiri Steppe most games but thats just me ;). Best of luck to you in your tournaments even tho people here dont seem to share your opinions too often xD.

it looks ok but i might just drop the green ramp and go with the more common UW control build (including more walls than the original one for a diff direction). i agree that Terastodon is gr8 and id love playing it myself but UW-controls Iona just seems like even more devastating.

Pure efficiency left aside: i personally would ahve more fun playing your build than that anoying UW stuff. If you just wait for october to get rid of Jund and some more of the stupidly good spot removal nowadays this could cause some headaches though :p.

btw got a wall-deck in my profile which ive been working on for some days now with help on various websites and i think i finally got most stuff there right, might wanna have a look and comment in case u see something to change there.

agreed, ranger or pilgrims eye just to keep them off for a while (i l8ly preferred the pilgrim as it blocks a flyer for a turn just in case and flyers got popular with some of my m8s again xD).

i play it with the 2 chandras u mentioned and those are really helping a lot.

i played the deck with earthquake until i cascaded into it (i first thought ok fuck it just play it anyways but changed my mind there :P). chain reaction on the other hand is just gr8 ;).

wouldnt he donate the immortal coil to the enemy and strike him ftw? :P

btw i find it pretty funny with abyssal persecutor and mark of mutiny (and the likes) as u get to keep those marked creatures thx to the trader.

hm id just drop all those spells honestly and add:

4x Akoum Battlesinger
1x Evangel
4x Highland Berserker
4x Oran-Rief Survivalist

for example.

u can play 2 or 3 allies from turn 3 onwards and with the evangel u just run in for like 30 damage on turn 4 or 5 with some hasty battlesingers :p.

Pyromancer is a gr8 sideboard card against other creatureheavy decks but usually u just are faster and wont need him.

tested a 24 land, 36 allies deck against all those decks like jund etc. and it performed really well. they have to get rid of just about every single ally u play and thats impossible for a not so fast jund deck with some tapped lands etc. if u play small 1-3 drop-multiples.

u dont even have to care about control most of the time as u beat them down similar as u bash in with the goblin guide mono-red haste decks and thats their worst matchup anyways.

complete hosers of that build are as always mass removal spells so vs those "oh u just played a chainreaction / day of judgment on turn 4" decks side in 4 dauntless escorts and u should be good.

oh and if u feel like playing spells still all id play is a playset of removals (white exile stuff preferrably) and possibly the explores as they give u another landdrop in case u lose your druid or another ally which cant be wrong.

just my 2 (€)cents on naya allies ;).

another idea: make it red green, put in Mindmoil (trying to find a way of "cheating" it on the field, maybe u got a solution there) then once that card is out u play the glimpse of nature and keep rotating through your deck by playing 0-cost creatures and drawing cards until you have enough played spells and grapeshot them :P. shouldnt run out of playables like this and u will get your grapeshot at some point.

when i look at this im mostly thinking of an artifact creature deck .. which makes affinity deck .. which makes glimpse of nature and some changes in the artifacts part of this. other than that im not too experienced with all the old cards since i only started shortly after conflux release :P.

whats with that manabase? 10 swamps + all the dual lands? other than that it seems to be quite effective.

blightning if u splash red .. but i dont see the red manasource ;). if u leave out the drawing part u could play bloodchief ascension instead of underworld dreams and some lightning bolt / burst lightning action which can trigger the ascension counters as well as finish the game for u.
