I don't think that's necessary, since mono-colored ground creatures are locked by seismic stomp, while I can lock flying creatures with nightbird's clutches, mugging, and shortcutter. Also awe for the guilds costs 3 mana, which is more costly than the other spells.

Why do you include the misty and scalding if this is mono blue why not use islands instead?
well its gunna take a long time till you get 6 mana so you might want some fast mana

You need creature control so they don't deal more damage then you heal I recommend oblivion ring or journey to no where

Maybe add brawn? So You could have all your creatures get trample when it dies. And Why 2 rampant growths when natures lore works better ImO - 2 rampant growth - 1 Fireshrieker - 1 Infiltration lens + 2 brawn + 2 Nature's lore
