There are two soldiers. One is Captain of the Watch, and the other is Phantom General. Both give bonuses, though Watch is to soldier tokens, and General is to all tokens you control

Replace your Intangible Virtue with Illness in the ranks. You don't have tokens, so you should be hating against them. THink about rest in peace as well, for some grave hate. Also, you should get your hands on some Godless shrines, to help the mana base.

There is a card, I can't remember what, but it puts X 1/2 spiders onto the battle field where X is the number of either cards or creature cards in your grave yard. Perfect for your deck.

Maybe splash some more red in here for rite of flame, seething song, geosurge. The like?

Ah. I know what your talking about. I considered it, but with the intangible Virtue and the Vault of the Archangel, I don't think I need another buff in here. THanks though!

Well, this is a standard deck, and I don't think Guardian's pledge is standard. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Maybe Vexing Devil to add to some damage via creatures?

If you didn't have walking corpse in there, this deck would look like a decent block build from cards from boosters.
EDIT: My mistake. I did not realize that walking corpse was reprinted in M13. So Good block build! XD

Maybe an O-ring to deal with any pesky enchantments?

Maybe Mikaeous, intagingble virture, and increasing devotion?

Actually, Karn, Silver Golem fits the theme of the tin man better, as it essentially can't deal combat damage.
