Gothy, I'm confused on what's the deal. Is it to be a turn 3 deck?

I get that you're playing with cards that you like, but that shouldn't be an argument for including or excluding anythign unless you're about casual.

If the goal is to Dramatic Entrance ASAP, you migh as well choose the options that either.

Same for the creatures, what is the creature profile you're looking at?
Is it high risk shut the door? (Hellkite Overlord)
Low risk, untouchable clock? (Empyral Archangel)
Both? (Progenitus, SSS)
Disruption. Somethign that prevent twin from comboing you on the way back for example... (Terastodon, Woodfall Primus)

If you decide to open for Unwritten/Trap pack, you could include Emrakul which is virtually untouchable by turn 4 and shuts the door one turn after entering play.

Overall I think the discussion would flow a bit better if you tell us more specifically:

"What exactly you're trying to do with your piece?"

Honest try, but it seems too reliant on the "combo". nowhere near anything POD did or was.
For who knew POD, it was an engine that rewarded you for playing lots of critters and turned 1 ofs into 5 each.
The reason it was so great, is that it was basically "free", as playing value creatures and disrupting opponents was something you want to do anyway.

Summoning Trap gives you resiliency to counters. Remand all the sudden becomes very bad against you. Plus it is an instant so it's a pseudo removal in marginal cases.

If you decide for that route would go in a 3/3 or 4/4 split with BOTH spells.

Either cases, I reinforce the importance of being able to sometimes just play whatever fatty you've drawn.
Terastodon is one of the best of those, while not ending the game in a traditional sense, destroying the most important 2/1 or 1/2 splits (you can target your own land with terastodon).
Dragonlord Atarka is also right around the corner (for MODO) and could be something worth inclusion.
or Hornet Queen...

Seconded, could you explain why is this better than monoG devotion that has been played on modern last year or so?
Is this a version? So we can comment on how to improve it's matchups,
Or a new deck entirelly? So we can them suggest different early game options/ engine/ finishers...

Played against some version of this deck yesterday on MODO. Lost everytime he did NOT DRAW the Sigil Rhino and was overwhelmed by vigilance 2/2's.
Would definitelly cut it entirelly and relly on more effective anthen effects.

Unless you're serious about casual, then I would max the ways to find, protect and recur the Rhino.
Maybe try 3x seizes, 3x duress/inq... (not very casual thou)
Commune with Nature, Chord of Calling, Congregation at Dawn...
Hardened Scales, Increase Gavony to 3...
Glare of Subdual...

Would cut some number of See the Unwritten and Harmonizes for Summoning trap.
Or maybe even keeping just Summoning Trap and See the Unwritten as they don't require you to draw the creatures you can't cast.
Creatures should be castable ones, like Terastodon, Simic Sky Swallower (need simic splash), Sundering Titan, Battleball, Eldrazi...
evaluate how many times you have been able to hardcast the fatties.
This deck looks a lot like the eldrazi decks frmo Jake Wakefield, google his articles @ starcity for reference.

4 Birds should be 4 Elvish Archdruid, leading to turn 3 Dramatic Entrances.
Would trade Explore for Kodama Reach/Cultivate for the same reason.

Urborg seemed missplaced, fixing black is never an issue, the synergy with arena alone isnt alone a reason to keep it on the sixty.

Thought about adding 3 Primal Commands. Still unsure on what to cut in order to do that. Accelerated Primal Commands are a very strong opening in modern. Have to decide whether this is meant for this deck of for another one built around Primals, Plow Under and the "green pack".

[150324] Arena keeps overperforming. It's great everytime and pretty much a soft lock.
Played yesterday against a "UB black devotion sorta" packing the Geralfs Messenger, Tasigur, Tombstalker and Phyrexian Obliterator (noted as the best 4 drop over Rhino), maybe that approach do have some potential worth investigating.
Inquisition underperformed and it's now being moved to the sideboard. not sure if playstyle or not. But targeted discard seemed pretty underwhelming on what the deck is trying to do. rather finish the game quick so traqded them for a mix of additional smiters and lingering souls for added consistence.

Feels like too many Khalni Garden and Cavern of Souls. Almost never able to play Ancient Stirrings on turn one. Too many ETB tapped lands. Manabase feeling too clunky overall. Maybe add Tendo Bridges, Yavimaya Coasts or something on those lines.

Gifts could be a thing/different route...

Sounds really cool.
No place for Azuza or Oracle of Mul Daya?
Can you fit Primal Commands? SB maybe?

[150320] Ethersworn Adjudicator continues to steal games, he straight soft locks the game once untapped.

[150320] Testing revealed that 20 lands are too few, added one more.
[150320] Moved Phyrexian Metamorph for SB/wishlist for now to make room for 1 more Mishra (3 now). Further testing needed to decide if Mishra engine leads to more blowouts, or if Obelisk does. Not enough space for both.
[150320] Traded the 12th Chromatic star for a 3th MD aether Spellbomb.
