i think it could use a couple tweaks or so like banefire (alara isn't out until zendikar block is finished) or some other things from alara. check out my sadistic annihilation deck.

take out at least 2 of the garruks for strength of tajuru
I would add a seething song or two and i would take out the hellspark elementals for raging goblins and the voracious dragon that way you have speed then you have the voracious dragon to finish off until you get your shivan out. Checkout my sadistic annihilation deck

yea its first turn for your opponent, but you beat them before your first turn so turn 1 opponent turn 0 you not that hard to figure out
