To make some room main board drop the Precinct Captain. While he does generate some tokens I feel he doesn't do it fast enough. I would drop him and follow some of these other suggestions.

Poet, protection only protects from being targeted and damage. Pro white won't protect a creature from supreme verdict because it doesn't target or deal damage. However, a pro red creature won't get hit by an Anger of the Gods because even tough it isn't targeting the creature it is dealing damage. If protection stopped destroy effects then there wouldn't be much sense in keeping the indestructible ability around would there?
You'd be surprised how many tokens this deck can produce.
I'm working on a deck that focuses on the stalker as well and any help would be appreciated.http://www.mtgvault.com/darigaaz20/decks/my-new-standard-deck/Only problems I see with this deck is no real answers or back up plans for if you run out of stalkers and a boring first turn. When it does work I'll bet this is a really annoying deck to play against.
Kinsbaile Cavalier? Double strike? Just saying.
I would take out the huntmasters as they do not work well with the Immerwolves, and you definitely want the rest of your wolves to stay transformed.
I asked a judge about it and he said it works because each effect resolves one at a time and the game does end.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that since this is an uncontrolled combo that the game would end in a draw right after you activate it. Not sure since it technically does have an end but I do know that and combos that you can't control the amount of times it happens ends the game with no winners. Funny idea though
White Sun's Zenith?
I would take out Nicol for Sarkhan the Mad and take out no mercy for 2 quicksilver amulet and something else of your choice. Nicol Bolas doesn't really fit here while Sarkhan the Mad can dish out direct damage equal to the power of all the dragons you have out, and with the dragons you have that could kill some one. Might want to take out sarkhan vol for a second sarkhan the mad.
I have a deck just like this and someone suggested that I use cackling counterpart for the mirror-mad combo which I found could work along side back from the brink just in case i play mirror-mad. Check out my deck to get some ideas. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=256946 It even works with your budget!
the stormtides help more cause they will hold back other creatures
I like this deck but its missing a kill strategy. The only really card meant for killing that I see is the Ebony Owl and that might kill them. I would suggest something big with flying or maybe stormtide Leviathan. Other then that awesome idea!
Its better for a later game creature but dark steel juggernaut is a great creature to have in an equipment deck cause its gets bigger from them being out, bigger when equipped, and it can turn that DoJ from a 'just in case' to a game ender.
Another good card for quick metal craft would be liquid metal coating.
My favorite little combo that I use in my dragon deck is kilnmouth + thorn bite staff. Its very good for field control and have 2 kilnmouths going like that and it can be a game winner =)
Back from the Brink?
This is one a friend of mine came up with. Self milling: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=256946 This one could use some help. 5 Color EDH: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=263800
Pretty nice and they are pretty hard decks to make. I also need help with my edh deck http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=263800
I would use Norn's Annex instead of ghostly prison. 2 life per creature is harder to give then 2 mana, unless they are playing white of course.
