I know this is a very old comment, but here it goes...Granted Void Snare hits wider range of cards, but the idea with Seal of Removal is to be a turn 1 cast, so can keep using mana for other stuff on following turns. The deck has a pretty tight mana curve especially on turn 3 with Iron Maiden/Temple Bell. When you cast either of those having a Seal of Removal on board is incredibly useful.On the other news, finally got Academy Ruins which should help against artifact hate.
Glen Elendra can keep countering spells with counters from graft creatures for a single {U}.I was considering Hydropon and really wanted it for it's Johny-ish mechanic, but felt it did too little when compared to same cmc creatures such as Plaxcaster or Trygon.
Noted, but got a feeling I can get better results with Burst of Strength and Ordeal of Thassa. With Hardened Scales and all the single +1/+1 counters flying around, I think creatures will still be big enough.
I don't know about splashing, but how about:-4 Retreat to Coralhelm-4 Cancel-2 Dissolve+2 Omenspeaker <- Just something to play early on+2 Vedalken Aethermage <- Search a wizard+4 Sage's Dousing <- Counter + cantrip+2 Turn Aside <- Combo builds need protection

I'd like to stay with knights, but vial just seems too expensive. Felidar was more like a second thought and a one-of card anyway.

I like this a lot. A welcome variation to all so popular hexproof/unblockable auras.ManiacalManiac mentioned protection, but I think there's a selection of abilities that overcome the 2 for 1 drawback. Draw from Sage's Reverie, persistence from Umbra Mystic+Nomad Mythmaker, you can always recast Evershrike and Triad of Fates can flicker a creature or turn one into 2 cards.I still recommend playing a bit less comes-into-play-tapped lands, I'd probably lose the New Benalias and 1 Scoured Barrens for 1 Swamp and 4 Plains. I also have found Mortify working a bit better for me than Unmake.
I like this concept a lot, but I think you need something for early game.Try Gyre Sage.
The extra card is good, but I felt like I needed more instant based stuff for the Spell Rupture /shroud from Plaxcaster.
Both fit the theme nicely, but I really don't see what would i switch out.
Heh, I like Ovinize here. Makes nice escape from Drogskol + Horizon Chimera combo.1-2 more lands or some mana generators could make it flow better. Noble Hierarch and Sylvan Caryatid are quite obvious choices, but if looking for something more budget like, perhaps a few Harrows, Fertile Grounds or Voyaging Satyrs? If you go with Harrows or Fertile Grounds you might be able to reduce the number of enters-the-battlefield-tapped lands too.

Cheers for comment fix. \o/However, I think you need to strip the tags from other user input fields too. Deck names, tags, descriptions, and how-to-plays. Or alternatively print everything only after htmlspecialchars()
If they wanted to keep the feature to show exiled messages, they could just implement it so that the comments are only fetched from the server when the + sign is clicked using an ajax call or similiar.
Yes, this is exactly why I'm hoping for understanding on the admins side. I'm not exactly playing by the rules either. But I also urge to keep details to minimum to not encourage anyone.
Yeah Chasm Skulker does stop growing when it hits 6 counters. However, by that time it should already be big enough. Proliferate from Contagion Engine, Thrumming Bird and Tezzeret's Gambit also add counters to Archmage Ascension. I actually had Vorel here earlier. He's good, but often a "win more" card. Gilder Bairn might be a good candidate, since he could double counters on Archmage Ascension, but playing around the special untap thing he has requires some more combo cards...I've also been thinking if I should be running Archmage like this at all. It's a shame, since I'd really like to see a deck where it shines. I mean if I were to replace the Ascensions with Momentous Fall (for Chasm Skulker) or a mass trample effect, the deck might be better off.
