Just take out cards as fast as possible. like fetchlands + crab gets out 6 cards each time.

But, you may want to refine the number of unique cards there are. I tend to run my decks where the majority of the cards are 4x. It helps with knowing what cards will come up next.

I really dont understand the scapeshift combo, Valkrut would not deal any damage when he comes in. scapeshift seems like a bad idea for this.
