Changed the deck a bit and added a sideboard, will look for good artifacts if there is place left in the deck.

Added 4 of each to the sideboard, thinking of which cards to remove for now!

The problem with Blood Seeker is that he only helps in a very narrow way, if my opponent uses a control deck he is pretty much just a 1/1 with a cute ability for whatever big creature they are gonna drop.

As for Bloodthrone Vampire: I don't like sacrificing creatures for one turn effects too much and also it gets +2/+2 until end of turn, most of the creatures are already bigger than/just as big than that so I would actually lose more damage in the long run.

But yeah I'm considering some improvements of course :)

The goal would be to use Stromkirk Captain and Vampiric Fury for a massive buff, thanks to cheap creatures you should be able to get a lot out of those 2 cards.
In addition to that the deck has a bit of life siphoning with Blood Artist, Vampire's Bite, Feast of Blood and of course the Vampire Nighthawk.

As soon as your opponent drops to 10 life you should be able to seal the deal.

However I added a few moderatly priced power cards to the sideboard =)

Sadly they aren't legal in Modern :/

Whenever you gain life, your opponent loses life, whenever he loses life, you gain life. So all you have to do is somehow gain life, which is easily done with extort, but also by lifelink.

Then you win, unless your opponent can stop you from gaining life with an instant (Skullcrack).
