Well it is a fun deck to play. My variation is a blue green lolz.

http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/feature/42a All the rule changes and explanations of why how they are changed. With charts :). I'm a relatively new player, and I actually play with a combination of the new and old rules. Really if you don't like the new rules don't play with them, and if you do then go ahead and use the changes. Casual magic is made to be whatever the player wants; make up your own rules for all I care, but don't complain because in all reality it's not going to do anything. Thank you
Why are the lightning bolts in here? Also, since you only have the steel hellkite as an artifact and you have no way to effectively destroy your own creatures, i would take out the hoarding dragon for something like the dragon tyrant, scourge of kher ridges, or if your trying to stay within the most recent series; bogardan hellkite
If you want a late game powerhouse that can destroy everything try stone-tongue basilisk.
I would maybe exchange the the filigree fracture for another deluge, it doesn't seem to fit.
Maybe think of something to replace the lone missionary with. If you had more than one it would make sense to have him in there, but just one seems out of place.
Get rid of the fieldmist border post
I would remove the soulsurge elementals, and add cards like splinter twin, heat shimmer, or kiki-jiki, mirror breaker. they allow you to temporarily place a copy of a creature you control onto the battlefield with haste. this can work either early game by copying spawn giving creatures, or late game to copy eldrazi.
Solid deck, though watch out for cards like aura of silence, reverent silence, and serene heart. Did you try looking into cards like nomad mythmaker, retether? They allow you to bring back any auras that are destroyed and put them into play, so if you are delayed in the short game you haven't lost any auras for the long game.
