Quicken is nice but your not running very many sorcerys mabye two quickens and maybe take out ember beast for that guy in m14 that makes the tokens when ever you play a instant or sorcery
Maybe take out some lands, with only 2's and 3's for costs 24 lands seems like it's too many

Maybe go for the throat instead of ultimate price ?

Now vintage in all fairness probably the only people who liked this deck are the ones who don't take the game serious because it's a game and it's meant to be played for fun. There isn't anything wrong with having a little fun on this site. Now with that being said I liked your Detain deck it looked pretty fun, love detain and splicers, will have to try it!
