Instead of Elvish Eulogist, try Essence Warden. That way you don't have to sacrifice anything, since every time you sacrifice an elf Wirewood Pride becomes less powerful.

Norwood Ranger is kind of a pointless card... there are better cards for the cost. Try Ezuri's Archers... MUUUCH better :-)

And Joraga Warcaller!! Come on... at least sideboard that guy!

In this deck, Wirewood Pride and Might of the Masses are the same thing (unless your opponent is playing elves too)... Just a heads up in case one is cheaper than the other.

Oh, and lemme know how the play testing goes :-) I feel like it may be too short of creatures.

You know what man, the Lightning Bolts are in there instead of Flame Slash because they are instants. Flame Slash is a sorcery. I like having the ability to do some removal BEFORE my opponent tries to equip something to their creature. Or during the combat phase...

I like the addition of Smoldering Spires in there, but 18 land is not enough... I like to run 20 minimum. Even 20 can feel slow in some decks that require a lot of spells in one turn (like in this deck for example).

Sorry, I meant Vector Asp :-) But yes, Necropede would fit the bill as an artifact as well. Like I said on the other page... Amulet of Vigor works well if you integrate more tap lands. Since you're running green I highly recommend Llanowar Reborn.

What do you mean Contagion Clasp's mana cost is high? It's 2 colorless... Drop it, throw down the -1/-1 counter on one of their creatures, sac it to the Throne for proliferate... It's like a cheaper, colorless version of Steady Progress that gives a counter instead of drawing a card.

And I know you've kept them around, but Llanowar Elves isn't helping you in this deck. It's turn 3 kill with or without them.
T1: Forest
T2: Swamp, Plague Stinger
T3: Forest, Groundswell, Giant Growth, Prey's Vengence or Groundswell, Vampire's Bite

Win... Without the Elves.

I'd say drop the Elves and Asps. Swap in another Lash, 2 more Necropedes, and 4 Blight Mamba's.

You're welcome my man! The only thing is Golgari is slow, slow, slow, and this deck is supposed to be fastfastfast.

Someone recommended Amulet of Vigor to me a while ago... 1 colorless mana and all permanents you control enter the battlefield untapped. I haven't play tested it yet, but you could potentially swap out all your basics for tap lands and be in really good shape.

Think Llanowar Reborn, Vivid Marsh, Vivid Grove, Everglades, and Terramorphic Expanse...
Also, there's a fun little trick with Golgari Rot Farm and Llanowar Reborn:
T1: Llanowar
T2: Land, 2cmc creature, give them the +1/+1 counter
T3: 2cmc card (like Livewire Lash or Doomblade), drop Golgari and return Llanowar
T4: Llanowar again, any creature in your deck, give them +1/+1 counter

And that set up was without Amulet of Vigor...

Bayou, gilt leafed palace, golgari rot farm, llanowar wastes, vivid grove, vivid marsh, overgrown tomb, pine barrens, savage lands...

Just to name a few. :-)

Oh, I left out a few things... I suggested Necropede because he's 1cmc and an artifact, so you can sac it to the Throne. If you opt for not using the Throne, then I'd suggest some bigger creatures... Skithryx, Praetors, Carnifex Demon, etc. Or at least some means of proliferating (contagion clasps?).

And I like your deck :-) I just bought something very similar for the girlfriend to use.

Alright buddy... Here goes:
No Kitesail. Replace it with Livewire Lash. Since your idea is based on playing a creature and then pumping it with spells, you'll activate the Lash's ability (2 infect counters on your opponent) every time you pump. AND it gives +2/0 instead of +1/0 for the same cost.

Also, your deck is useless without infect creatures out dealing damage. And as it stands right now, you only have 12 in your deck, which has a 1/5 chance of being pulled, which is a little too low for what you're going for. I'd suggest dropping the Terramorphic Expanses and adding something like Necropede. (Add 2 more basics. Or leave them in and drop 2 basics. You can play EVERY card in this deck with just 3 mana, so you don't need excessive land).

Last but not least, you need a secondary win in case they keep shutting your creatures down. Maybe drop a Throne of Geth in there? You can sac your artifacts to it once you have counters on your opponent and proliferate them to death. Or, if you end up one counter short at the end of your turn, sac for the win.

Well, if you sideboard it maybe drop assault strobe in it's place and run 4 of them? Or maybe chandra's spitfire... Those pesky fliers can be quite annoying :-)

Also, I already asked, and if you weren't planning on it that's fine, but would you mind taking a look at my deck? It's fast like this one.

That's probably a good idea... Egg/Dais is plan B or C, and the Top gives you a little boost in plan A, B, or C.

WORST case scenario, if you have nothing (and you're playing 2 out of 3), divine the top 3 cards and still see nothing you can concede without showing your opponent what your deck is really all about.

BUUUT hopefully it shouldn't come to that :-)

Congrats!

Good call on the Assault Strobe too! What about Magma Phoenix? If Obsidian Fireheart was too slow, then wouldn't Magma Phoenix be the same?
