I like what you have going, but you should add a drawing engine like Howling Mine or Font of Mythos, especially if you want to keep this thing mono-blue. Check out my mill deck Painter's Mill.

This isn't bad. I don't play type two,but this is a good deck. I really like the idea of giving all your allay's protection from any color you chose. Maybe some Oblivion Rings to get rid of non-creature threats. Also can someone please comment on my deck Painter's Mill

Wow. I'm liking that kaldra combo I also like how you made artifacts mono red not that common. I might splash white though and enlightened tutor to make sure you get those equipment cards. Anyway +1

Although I'm not as aggressive as FlaminSean I agree Wooly Thoctar is kind of a staple in a cheap casting cost Naya deck. I mean a 5/4 creature for 3 mana isn't that bad.

cut down your swamps you shouldn't need that many in this deck.

If only Goblin Piledriver was standard legal.

If your running infinite combos you should really only emphasize the combo your trying to get at,For instance you need two soul wardens for your combo and you only have two in your deck. I built some combo decks so check those out for some ideas.
