I run my Ninja deck Black and Blue The black ninjas do have higher attack but Ninja decks are about control. as long as you can make your ninjas hit it doesn't matter how long it takes. the problem you might have is that you have so few ninjas( I run 22 ninjas in my deck). I would make it black and blue for more ninjas. But first there are somethings that i think will help the deck remove Halimar Depths, Soldevi Excavations, Mystifying Maze, Phantom Warrior, Minamo Sightbender, Infiltrate(replace with Distortion Strike) then add plus 3 Invisible Stalker, plus 2 Soaring Seacliff, plus 2 island so your back to 23 lands then Ornithopter( for a ninja deck it's a must a 0/2 with flying that cost 0).

to slow early game attacks I recommend Slumbering Dragon people don't like waking it up so they won't attack as much the first 2 or 3 turns I also like Vexing Devil.

first remove Magnetic Mountain(Enchantment) and replace with Mountain(Land).
how about Rite of Flame, Balefire Dragon, Steel Hellkite and Slumbering Dragon.

I like but instead of Coat of Arms add Door of Destinies. I find that Coat of Arms can work against you a lot.

I like the deck but how about Garruk's Packleader for draw and Kalonian Tusker instead of Garruk's Companion.

I agree you not need him. when i suggested cards I was looking at Spirit Mantle and Eldrazi Conscription for survivability and late game punch. me personally I would switch Birds of Paradise for him. but do what you want. your deck is good as is.

Argothian Enchantress ( it's good but with it and Spiritdancer you have good card draw) or Birds of Paradise(it's good but your only running a two color deck)

how about adding Primal Rage, Magus of the Vineyard, Gravity Well, and Khalni Hydra

It can work against you but I find that this is more reliable then dragonspeaker shaman because most people have creature clear.
