Not to sound like a prick, but the minimum deck size is 60 and sideboard is a maximum of 15 cards - hope I haven't gone and ruined it for ya' :-/ Other than that, the deck looks cool, I'd lose the Hydra though (its not an Elf), Green Sun's Zenith, btw, is a nuke in green tribal =)

After some tests, it proved to be in mana shortage, so my wife helped me with a few modifications (she abliged, because the tutors are proxies - and I had the oher cards already) and now its twice as fast, if not thrice - its a brute !

Awesome Elf deck, you could add 'Genesis Wave' with all the mana you're producing

Well, that depends on a lot of things - Is it for control, then I'll definitely recommend Grand Abolisher and Silence. Is it meant for Aggro the Savannah Lions or Elite Vanguard would fit nicely. Honor of the Pure to buff, Day of Judgment. Tribal... there's tons of way to design your own private 'masterpiece' and if I remember correctly that's why the call it 'Magic: the Gathering'
You create Magic and put its name to the test. The most important, though... have fun while creating =D

I commented on your Red Green Ramp =D

They would have to counter Aether Vial when its on the stack. If they don't, you can even put creatures into play on opponents turn ! In short, the creature card you put into play cannot be countered.

Just remember that the Locket only grants colorless mana-reduction =)

Heppa... I just played against a Red Burn deck.. and lost soooo bad. But! I switched 'Hymn to Tourach' with Cabal Ritual and by god it speeded it up =-0 First I lost 4 rounds... 4!! Now I'm sitting 8 - 0 - 4 Nice !

A Turn 1 Aether Vial could also prove useful, but I fear it means more money 'out the window' - Locket of Yesterdays can be found for cheap and could benefit with just the right amount of surplus mana - Enough for you to own the field quicker.

You can never go wrong with Lightning Bolt and/or Flame Slash ]=)

If you plan to use Goblin Sharpshooter, look at "Basilisk Collar" = Tap to kill, gain 1 life and untap to rinse wash repeat 0_0'

I was thinking of making a updated version of this adding 4 x Infest - that and Sudden Spoiling, which I have a PS of, can make a board sweeper. What do think?

Simply awesome build ! You have all the better characteristics of a Relentless Rat deck - well... those I'm semi-familiar with, but yours stand out from a crowd. Most RR decks I've seen has only basic lands and the somewhat rest are Rats.
If you wan't to make it faster, I'd suggest "Heartless Summoning" .. Yeah, I know... a weird suggestion, but if you can make so that you draw/tutor "Heartless" your Priest of Gix becomes a Dark Ritual Sorcery, more mana for more creatures.
WATCH out for 'Surgical Extraction' and 'Extirpate' they will shut you down - I don't know how to bypass those cards, sorry... :-/
