Lightning Bolt instead of Lava Spike.
I don't feel that this deck is mana heavy enough. How are you thinking that would be effective?

It's a shame this has cycled out of standard.
Also, consider rooftop storm and some more Innestrad blue zombies.
I'd also take out some land and add in some more skinrenders
