Have you considered dredge? Necroplasm, Stinkweed Imp, Dakmor Salvage... these could make it much easier to play a whole lot of your creatures. Consider it? I like the deck, but why play from the grave WITHOUT dredge? Good stuff.

It's always going to be general damage/commander damage. The double strike + exalted + swords of all kind combo is amazing.

Actually, no, I'ma stick with the land base being 35 and just be happy with the strat that I have. I'm using my aura's as removal, and it's working quite well.

I'm so new to the concept of allies. I can't really recommend much. You could redo the land base to make it much more aggressive, but you're playing casually. So, I'll come back when I can help more!
You could easily run 2 less Forests. In fact, you could make those now four Forests into Wooded Foothills! I love invigorate in this deck. The only thing this deck might need is some quickness. Relying on top decks in such a low cost deck is a bad idea. Try to figure out a way to up your draw speed!
You'd be fine with 20 Lands. You need more glimpses. 4 Glimpse the unthinkables in one deck is so much fun. Very cool mill strategy with Bloodchief Ascension + Alchemist! Great idea. Huge potential. You can also make it so you have 9 islands and 3 swamps. Or, if you wish to make this deck truly effective, you should add fetch lands. Take out 3 Islands and a Swamp and grab 4 Polluted Deltas.
You should run 1 less Reaper King. You should add the Grindstone/Painter's Servant combo. Crystal Quarries are totally your friend. (Crystal Quarry for reference) Don't be scared to run another Tolarian Academy! I have a Scarecrow deck on my account. Feel free to check it out and any of my other decks as well.
You should make that single Forest into a Tundra. Also, Dryad arbor I would throw out to put in another crucible of worlds.
You should definitely run Knotvine Paladin. This deck is really well done! It need more recognition.
