Increase the land count, my advice is 24. Add some ramp cards (Explore, Cultivate) to accelerate the deck. So you don't just say 'land, pass turn' untill turn 4 where you play something. And thats assuming you can play a land each turn, with as little as you run.

Tuktuk is 3 mana for 1 dmg. people RARELY will kill him, so hes just a really low dmg 3 cost critter. But if you really like him at least move him to 2 copies. he is legendary afterall.
remove tuktuk x4, ornithopter x4, memnite x4, kuldotha rebirth x4 and you have a start for a deck.
and spell pierce is a must-have counter for control decks*
Negate has no need to be a four of in this deck, silence is not a very effective card unless you can back it up. sunblast angel is just a bad card, mana leak is definately the best counterspell in type 2. I would use disfigure as its great removal for elves and aggro decks. Doom blade imo is better then hideous end. fulgent distraction is a sideboard card AT BEST. land is too low for control, up it to 24, maybe 25. you need preordain x4. wall of omens is a must. And day of judgment is a stellar card.
Theres a one blue cost spell that makes you draw 3 cards. you just need to tap 4 creatures. also get wall of omens x4. between those two you will have good draw power
Black control means Doom Blade, Disfigure, Sadistic Sacrament, Vampire Hexmage (for planeswalkers), Gatekeeper of Malakir and such.
use volcanic fallout over pyroclasm. for player dmg
Goblin Guide is a big help, you dont really need to main board flame slash or heat ray. Dragons claw is unnecesary since you should do dmg so fast you dont need to heal. Galvanic blast is a 1 cost 4 dmg spell with all your artifacts.
wurmcoil engine = best wurm ever. use overwhelming stampede instead of overrun
neurok invisimancer doesnt really fit. or enclave cryptologist. maybe move them for overseer?
maybe steel overseer to add more 'firepower' to your triskelion
24 land** overall good deck though
I say use one emrakul and one ulamog. Overgrown battlement will tap for ALOT and with 24 you shouldnt miss many land drops.
im not sold on the silences, but its a good deck overall
drop the awakening zone, drop 2 treespeakers and 1 chalice for 2 explore and 1 more spasm. drop 1 main boarded all is dust and 1 kozilek for 2 more wurmcoil engine. good deck overall, beat me for first last time at fnm
I wouldnt reccomend the expedition map or main boarding revoke existance
