p.s: why are your swamps in four groups of five?

What about captivating vampire? 3 mana 2/2 all vamps get +1/+1
Also you have a lot of single cards, I'd recommend taking out the ones your not going to tutor for eg duress, wail of the nim and hissing miasma. Maybe toss a couple more dark rituals in as you have a lot of expensive creatures.

Have you considered sliver legion as an alternate win condition, and wow, I just realised how good intruder alarm is with gemhide and queen, I was going to recommend heartstone but nevermind, awesome deck.

also you may consider things like ornithopter and memnite for cheap sacrifices and connonfodder to keep them occupated =-). Never seen Hecatomb before, fun card, awesome deck =-)

You never want to have much more then 60 cards in a deck, id recommend cutting down on your gilded lotuses and thran dynamos, theyll slow you more then help, Also I'd cut down on the number of eldrazi you have. If you put eye of Ugin in you could cut down to 1 emrakul and 1 kozilek etc... which will allow more variety. Also for faster lands since your going for big colourless Id recommend 4 cloudposts and 4 glimmerposts. Maybe also go for a few things like joraga treespeaker and such for early game ramp =-)

Pyromancers ascension would go brilliantly in this deck.

drop bladed pinions, assassinate and crystbearer add infiltration lens, go for the throat and ichorclaw myr also consider dropping giant growth and going mono black as you only have 3 green cards. Maybe try virulent swipe. Otherwise you could drop the duress's and sign in bloods aswell and add in a bunch of buffs like groundswell and unnatural predation (good with ichorclaw myr). Also consider playing Phyrexian crusader.

No, you dont have enough 1 mana drops, I'd go with joraga treespeaker instead.

ahhh, magic has to have the oddest elves. Everywhere else elves are generally elite, powerful warriors that have lived for untold eons and are very small in numbers. But in magic? They're the second biggest horde of cannon fodder next to goblins...

Wow, thats a very random deck. I don't think it would ever be the same twice. I think your going to have to spend more on lands though otherwise your going to be mana screwed too easily.

Ahh, Akromas memorial, my favourite artifact of all time. I wouldnt play fireball though, id replace it with either comet storm or banefire. Also since you have so many tap add x elves Id maybe pop in an elvish promenade or two. Also Nissa doesnt seem to be doing much in this deck, i'd either replace her or put in a nissas chosen for the fetch. Id also maybe drop momentous fall for fyndhorn elves or joraga treespeakers.

no I would keep the blightsteels and shape anews but maybe toss the axes and juggernoughts for memnites/ornithopters. Also you'll probably be wanting all the lands you can get so I wouldnt recommend tectonic edge so much. And drop Liliana aswell, she doesnt suit the deck.
