You could probably do without the spark jolts. The one damage is severely underwhelming even if you still get to scry 1. You could put them in there in place of those.
Where's hypersonic dragon? A 4/4 flying haste for five CMC is nothing to scoff at. Plus, it even has a neat additional ability.
Why not replace Increasing ambition with diabolic revelation? Might as well with all that crypt ghast mana
