Take a look at my Mill decks that are type 2 except with the Glimpse the unthinkable..... Hypnotic Specter,Shimian Specter,forget Dralnu he's a waste of space in any deck.... dont forget Pherexian Totem the 5/5 artifact that can double as a mana source for 3.......take a look at my blue/black mill deck and you'll find a deck way better than this one and tourny legal except for Glimpse and the double lands... faceless butcher is a good idea as well plus the 1/1 for 2 and stupor.

or even any of the plainswalkers.

Im surprised you dont play any Shimian Specters in this deck or even Extirpate.

Add 2 Traumatize and 2 Twincast and this deck is complete.

Plus Delay.

Id put in Guile into this deck as well besides the Sacred Mesa and Akroma heck even the Red Akroma as well.

Wow therecanbeonlyonept your not all that brilliant are you one creature you say.... I see tons of creatures..... less you forget Sacred Mesa to make tons of creatures DUHH.....

PS I rate this a 6/10.

Id add 4 Draining Welks that way your opponents spells get countered and you get a strong creature in return.

You 4got the 10/2 trampling Elemental all Elemental Decks should have that and Brute Force/Fist of the Anvil as combos.

I would add a Martyr of Sands or 4 of them for that matter... then you could gains tons of life early in the game then start your assult.

I would add a couple Lightning Axes with Fiery Tempers instead of Thunderclap for 2 reasons 1.... that combo with only 2 mana will not only stomp on anyones creature for 5 damage but it will also burn your opponent for 3 damage.

Scratch last comment Oversold is better.... take a look at my white black tourny legal deck and tell me whatcha think.

Id put in Call to the Netherworld instead of Oversold.

I have completed my Niv deck take a look at it and you'll see its power.

Ps Dont forget about Consume Spirit or even Tendrils of Corruption.

Ahaha dude your missing a few cards here take a look at my tournement legal Mill Deck and you'll see why....I mean come on no Extirpate no remove soul no Cruel Edict.... I do however like Circu but heck why not even put in Millstone along with it or even Hypnotic Spector.Shimian Specter..... dont forget Mortivore trust me these cards Ive listed would make this deck unstopable.

for some reason I didnt know Niv Mizzet was a wizard of any sort but now that I do hmmm I cant wait to make a deck thats red and blue with burn and cancels with delay and remove souls and pay my last respects to Ravnica.

The one thing I dont get is why the 4 Aethermages? they dont do anything but get rid of slivers.

I can see why the Elvish Pipers to bring out the dragons faster but Hunted dragons?
