Man I forgot all about Leyline of Sanctity. That card killed red decks when it was in standard.

I'm assuming since yall are friends yall just play with any cards. I'm not that big outisde of standard but I've been playing for awhile to know of some decent cards. Look into Brave the Elements and Faith's Shield. Also, you can maybe run a mono white control deck which would give you access to Iona, Shield of Emeria.

Were you trying to make an extort deck or a B/W auras deck?

No creature is "hard to beat". The reason I like Reckoner is cause if your opponent doesn't have an answer for him, either in the deck or in their hand, he's going to make your opponent not want to attack with big creatures or block him with big creatures.

Honestly I'd get rid of the Giant. If you prefer the Wurm then go for it. I like Urban Evolution over Thoughtflare cause it gives you some mana ramp if you need it.

This is the deck I run that has a possible chance to win turn 3.

Here is another version of it.

Add at least one more Bolas and maybe use Urban Evolution over Thoughtflare.

With that logic, AEtherling isn't that good either. Yea you can blink him but he still has the possibility of getting hit with shit.

All the cards you named just about gets rid of every creature that doesn't have hexproof, or doesn't have a converted mana cost of 3 or less...

I like the combos in the deck. Have you considered Angel of Serenity? Use Cloudshift on it as it enters the battlefield and perma exile three creatures only to choose three others.

It's a standard deck and Mindsculpter is no longer legal in standard.

Not Turn//Burn for sure. That card answers a lot of things. Maybe Helix, not sure though cause I like that card a lot.

Detention Sphere for sure. I'll add it in.

It's not the main win condition of the deck so no point in running 2 of them. If I want to add in a second one I'll grab from the sideboard but other than that I would rather have that slot open to something else. I'm trying to add in Detention Sphere and two planeswalkers. Just don't know what to take out for them.

No problem. I'm a big control player but I'll dabble into other deck types sometimes. Hope I helped out.

They are handy, I don't run any in mine though. Just not a fan of the card. If you need ideas take a look at mine

Run more Supreme Verdict. Also you don't really need that many creatures, Snapcaster Mage and AEtherling should do fine. If you want filter you could run Augur of Bolas or Jace, Architect of Thought. 2-3 Sphinx's Revelation is going to help you.

I wouldn't drop Flinthoof for Huntmaster but it's your call. I'd maybe drop Experiment One and two Advent of the Wurm
