doesn't work, you can't continue to copy the copy, because you aren't casting a new spell, which is one of the requirements of mirari. Also, you can't use the mana from Seething Song to pay for Mirari's ability in the first place. you don't get the mana until after Seething song resolves, and Mirari would respond to Seething Song being cast. The stack just doesn't work like that, sorry.

Of this is all about leveler's then proliferate will go a long way here. Steady progress is a good idea, as is inexorable tide.
First thing, Myr Reservoir, you should get one for in here. Second thing, Prototype portal and myrs go together soooo well, especially with myr battlesphere. Next, steel overseer is pretty amazing for keeping your 1/1 myrs alive and happy. Also, if you aren't playing standard (as it looks like from your current list due to a few cards), just one coat of arms would do nicely, as well as a lodestone myr, and myr retrievers.
Or maybe some things like gaurd gamoza and wall of frost?
Lol, Yeah, I was looking into other ways of making the game last longer such as bouncing my opponents permanents. But I thought it would be hilarious for the eldrazi to hit the field and watch as people laugh at me for "not realizing" they're all legendary creatures. Only to win by playing battle of wits next. Just a funny round-a-bout way to pull out a win. What do you think about things like dissipation field and Call to heel?
Dark Tutelage? It looks like it could do amazing things in this deck. Also, The amount of red mana you have available is not proportional to the amount of red mana symbols in the deck.
Also, a contaigon engine would create a target for venser's first ability.
I agree with "anyone142313", also, with the engine, you get more than just one use out of the card. Consider Inexorable tide, proliferating just for casting a spell is also just as worth it, and they create targets to get rid of other than your planeswalkers.
Spread the Sickness is much too expensive for what it does. Look at Go for the Throat instead. I know Spread has the proliferate, but as Proliferate doesn't seem to be much of a theme in this deck, I don't think trading these out would be to big of a deal. Also, you only have 18 land in a deck that goes up into 6 cmc cards. With two colors none-the-less. It's going to make it really difficult on your mana wise. Figure out a way to cut some cards from your deck to bring it up to at least 22 land, if not 24. For instance, since all of your creatures already have infect, Phyresis doesn't have much room in here. other cards to consider cutting; - Scourge Servant - Plague Myr - 1 Cystbearer (maybe) - 1 Viridian Corrupter Cards to Consider Adding - Necropede - contaigon clasp - infiltration lens All of these are suggestions only, take a few, take all of them, or take none of them. Figure out what works best. Good luck!
Not to put your comment down, as it's a fair point, but I think this deck is for standard. And Counterbalance and sensei's divining top are no where near standard anymore. Just saying.
A few things, you only have one true infect creature. that creature being Plague stinger. Having to pay consistently for Vector Asp makes it really mana hindering early in the game. I would recomend looking into either Necropede or Ichorclaw myr in place of it. Both are colorless so you would be able to play them no matter your mana base and they are sac-able to Throne of geth still. I think Necropede would be a better fit because I leaves behind a -1/-1 counter after it leaves the field. Also, consider trading out 2 swamps and 2 islands for 4 darkslick shores. It's the new dual land from SoM, and they work really well for infect, because by turn 3 you are usually set and it doesn't matter if it comes into play tapped. Or grab some creeping tar pits, the unblockable with tainted strike isn't a bad idea for this either. The last thing I'm going to recomend is having some form of control here. Whether you run doomblades for creature removal, or mana leaks to be able to stop plays that will hurt cripple you, you need something that will be able to stop your opponent from doing what he wants to do. Blue and Black both have the capabilities to do this. Just have to find the right spells for it.
Another reason for bloodghast, it will help you get more procs from Kalastria Highborn. I fully support Bloodghast, 100%, it's just such a damn expensive card.
Like Trickbind... Which was used on me the other night by a friend who decided to counter my ability on Terramorphic expanse... made me Lol Rage so hard. It was funny in general... the fact that I was the target... grr....
the fact that you thought of that, worries and inspires me at the same time. Mostly because I thought of it in the exact same way. Can you tell we're both R/B players?
Sorry, Beastmaster Ascension.
have you considered Beast Master's Ascension for this deck? Would be pretty amazing.
The number of Proliferate, certainly makes it possible to infect multiple players at once, but what if you don't get any poison counters through at first? I like the idea of this deck, it's really simple. However, I recomend 2, and only 2, ichor rats, just to get that one poison counter on a player. With the number of proliferate abilities you have, it would actually help your deck I believe.
I hate that I have to bring this up, because Priority issues suck. But If you cast a green spell that activates wurm's tooth, even if it's countered, you still get the effect. here's why. you cast the spell, priorty states that you, as the active player, have a chance to respond to it first. So you can respond to your spell by choosing to activate wurm's tooth ability. this would then also go on the stack. If you have nothing else to play in response, you pass priority, which means your opponent can now counter your spell, and this would also go onto the stack. So, our stack looks like this, starting with the first spell played. Green spell --> Wurm's Tooth --> Counter green spell. Now, the stack reads backwards. the counter goes off, meaning the green spell doesn't "RESOLVE" and is removed from the stack. Next Wurm's Tooth effect goes off, and you gain your 1 measly life because it's ability wasn't countered, even though the green spell didn't resolve. Welcome to magic people, learn to play the game.
Blade of the Bloodchief should be in here as well. Just 2 would be perfect. Also, I personally don't like Vampire Lacerator too much, so I would trade him out for 2 pulse trackers. Also, look into quag vampires. you might like them. Changes I suggest: -4 Vampire Lacerator +2 Blade of the Bloodchief +2 Pulse Tracker
Consider a playset of Verdant Catacombs and Marsh Flats to thin the deck a little, seeing as the only color in here is Black.
