This is my logic

If you make a deck, that gets people mad you will lose, unless you’re a pubstomper, but then nobody will play with you; I make modern that isn’t really budget, but all of or almost all of the cards are under $10 mostly, so you could try to make a deck that’s budget in that sense

Ashling pilgrim is a really cheap deck, and it isn’t absolute garbage, if done right
