It's not bad, but your missing one of the best discard cards around, Oppression. So my recommendation is -4 scrib nibblers +4 Oppression. Check out my deck painter's mill.

I'd say -4 scrib nibbles +4 hypnotic spectors or nyxathid but either way I agree that there are better cards than scrib nibblers. Also I would consider splashing red so you can run spells like blightning, burning inquiry, terminate, bituminous blast ect...
