allow me to explain the rules to you, since you don't know what EDH is. 100 cards, singles of each card, and one legendary general which determines the colors of the deck.

anyways, it's a sliver deck. no matter what else you put in there, it's still a sliver deck. same concept, same win condition, same everything. I'm not impressed by slivers because they are slivers.

the general is supposed to be the overlord... not sure of how to improve its performance... since only one copy of each is allowed... id like to put in more gemhide... or things like it...
for right now its just a concept anyway...

You need a way of securing mana gain. Right now you're gambling. A way that would work is putting in only forests and relying on the Slivers to generate other kinds of mana, since you can search for and play Gemhide quickly. Of course, you would also need to figure out a way of protecting gemhide, otherwise he's going to be absolutely fucked once the opponent realizes he's the crux of your deck.
