This deck relies only on Merfolk to deck the oppoenent before he/she is able to kill you. It also gains life in the process of decking.

Fun concept, because you marked it as a Fun deck I can not look down on it or anything. Mill is always a fun concept, I tried to play a Mesmeric Orb deck with Vulturous Zombie back when I was new to the game and not competitive. By the way, Merfolk have jumped up to the 3rd best creatures in Magic: 1st is Slivers, and then Goblins, and now Merfolk in competitive play. This is not a joke, it is really serious because of the 1 drop actually GOOD Merfolk they finally printed in Zendikar. About time they printed a good one to drop on turn 1.

That's great, I tested a deck similar to this one and got out several bannerets, it made most of my merfolk 1 mana spells....my friends hate the deck because it's so good at what it does :-D
lol thats cute, you should take a look at some of my decks.
btw to anyone who reads this, tips for improving this deck are always welcome (as long as it's in the direction this deck is going in)
Theres a 2/2 Merfolk that whenever he hits, you mill the top 3 of their deck from the game. You can look at the cards removed by him anytime, and you can pay a blue and sac him to counter a spell removed from their deck by him. Pretty good even outside a Merfolk deck, take a look and feel free to comment on my stuff.
yea, i have that card, i just don't know what i'd use it to replace
Breath of Life is kinda, ehhh. its Not that good.
My friends to enjoy killing my creatures, so any sort of substitute for that card would be appreciated.
