Second version of the deck - this time with more focus on dealing damage with discard by adding more nihil stones and quandary, cutting some removal for that. Im am a little concerned about the mana curve, it is a little top-heavy, with no 4-mana spells and only 3 3-mana spells.

In all honesty - I don`t know. I haven`t really had a chance to play this deck as of jet (this being more a reminder for the cards I have to aquire). In the end, against blue, i don`t need too many discards to be effective. Much of the damage will be done by the the quandary when the opponents hand is empty. Wheter it becomes empty because I discard his stuff, or because he counters all my discard spells isn´t so important. Of course, if the quandary is countered, an the nihil stones lack counters, it`s less than optimal. But he can`t counter everything, can he?
well u have a point there but seeing as u have no creatures then maybe if say blue/black controls with some control critters will just make it more annoying yes
