Deck built around Ghastly Conscription; cheap creeps with strong flip-up effects, somewhat aggro (in theory you would be swinging/blocking with manifested creatures to keep pressure on and to put creatures in the graveyard). Though expensive comparatively, Monastery loremaster keeps End Hostilities and GC in your hand while providing a (slightly) bulkier creep, which is also cycled back in by GC. Jace keeps your library from burning out with his ulty (though testing is required to see if that is even necessary) while also synergizing surprisingly well with the manifest mechanic and even better with GC (in theory, of course). Mastery of the Unseen is also a card that would require play-testing to see whether or not it is truly necessary.Lightform serves as and alternative manifest but also addresses any potential flying threats. Qarsi High Priest should be seen as the other star of this deck; not only does it cycle cards from your library to the field to your grave, but it also nearly always provides you with a means to block creeps throughout the game while you cycle.Lastly, I attempt to combat non-creature threats by side-boarding counter magic (Rakshasa's Disdain for the synergy and for the cost advantage it over Cancel).
Playstyle would be somewhere between aggro and midrange, other than that generally outlined above^^

Not been tempted to run it as an Abzan Manifest/Morph deck with Rattleclaw Mystics to potentially produce blue for whatever cards you may want to splash for. Also regarding Jace's ultimate you'll probably be better of just using Learn form the Past, same mana cost and gives graveyard reshuffle plus it doesn't take 4 turns (minimum assuming nothing hurts him) before you can trigger it.

Jace serves as more than just a grave reshuffle, his modified scry and "return to hand" are almost invaluable to the deck. The grave reshuffle is more like an added bonus.
Ok fair enough, however he's just been booted out of standard though along with the Watery Grave so you may need to find a replacement effect; it's no Jace but Sigiled Starfish makes for an early game scry/blocker to cover some of Jace going out of standard. If you're looking at sideboarding counters then Calculated Dismissal may fit for you along side the Rakasha's Disdain, it'll let you fix what you have on top for manifesting.
ok that would be important; I was sure that magic 2015 and zendikar expeditions were a part of standard. If they aren't..... there are a handful of websites that need their information corrected......ok just looked it up you are right..... dang..... jace was so perfect for this deck too.... i suppose i could just move it to another format
