Based on the Tolarian Community College suggestion:http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/01-09-14-mono-blue-tron/http://youtu.be/zbbgn3BusMcI opted for Chromatic Sphere/Star for the card draw element, rather than the suggested Talisman of X. The talisman does stay on the battlefield, yes, but it's my position that the star/sphere will work just as well (not tested).
Play control until you get tron assembled (the urza lands) and either win with a big creature or the mindslaver/academy ruins lock. The lock requires at least 11 colorless mana plus 1 blue producing land and Academy Ruins:- on your turn, play and sacrifice Mindslaver (10 colorless)- on their turn (controlling their turn), tap all lands they control- on their end step, put Mindslaver back on top of you library with Academy Ruins (1U)- untap, play Mindslaver and repeatThis will mill them out because you will always be able to draw a Mindslaver by using Academy Ruins. Tapping their lands is essential so they cannot play anything on your turn.It will be preferable to leave some mana up for a counterspell in case they have a response to Mindslaver. Once you cast Mindslaver, their only chance to stop the lock is to counter it: if they try to destroy Mindslaver, sac it in response; if they try to exile your graveyard with Mindslaver in it, use Academy Ruins in response. I suppose Squelch and Trickbind will also break the combo.
