This is a "Pauper Plus" deck. "Pauper Plus" is a format created by a local shop which is very similar to Peasant. It uses the Vintage list, only 4 uncommons are allowed and a short ban list: Cranial Plating, Empty the Warrens, Grapeshot, Temporal Fissure, Mana Drain, Tinker.
