Pact of negation could target itself, but I forgot I need a target :/
I believe a spell on the stack is always an illegal target for itself. (Otherwise Remand would be a card draw engine). I like the image of a turn 0 pact of the titan. Opponent: "But... won't you lose right away?" You: "What! Oh, what was I thinking." *Pact of Negation* "Phew, thanks for the tip."
