I feel like you should have dousing dagger in here, with the trample dino's & the flying/menace dino. It would help you get mana out quick for the heavy hitters. Maybe replace take out the thundering spineback for it. also a great combo with kinjalli's sunwing. since everything your opponent plays will be tapped.

i see all of what you're saying. I think it's rather incredible that you can do pretty much everything with the pirates in this set (correct me if i'm wrong) they have some control aspects (stormtamer) some direct damage dealing capabilities. I'll keep working on it, trying to get a solid pirate crew going XD
thanks for the post. I see the kitesail freeboter and added it. In terms of hijack vs captivating crew and/or angrath marauders; what do you think? i feel like i should take it out. If i'd want to put in either of the higher cost cards. I really like the idea of having Vance's blasting cannons in here but i don't know what to take out.
yeah, i see that now. You think if i put in captivating crew i should take out hijack? it pretty much does the same but at a lower cost? that is why I originally had dowsing dagger.Vance's blasting cannons also would be great to squeeze in there. Not sure what to take out.
