enduring renewal

You've got a nice nasty concept here. My only problem is your Tutelages. WIth out some serious life-gain in the deck (I am looking at you vampire nighthawk), they might bite you in the ass. It's quick as hell with a great mana curve, but you're going to get get into trouble with control/fog decks. Maybe sadistic sacrament in the side board?
Not bad, I would try to fit Kabira Evangel in there though. They can screw up someone's day, other than that, if you decide to do some sideboard work, maybe get some removal in there.
oh also now that I think about it, if you are going to stick to your guns and run the dark tutelages, you should really think about finding room for nighthawks, or hell even child of nights.
The tutelages make me nervous, just because they can be turned against you by control or fog decks. Personally I have done a lot of experimenting with the vampire deck concept and I have had bad luck with Guul Draz Assassins. Other than that, I think it's solid, but I would like to see a side board, and I might swap out the assassins for doom blades or even assassinates, and just run good old sign in blood over the Tutelages, or reduce the number in the deck since I can't imagine playing more than one at a time. I think Liliana would also run really well in here.
Hmmm...three drops? You could try gatekeepers of malakir (BB 1b Kicker) to deal with those pesky walls of denial, or anything else with shroud or prot black/red.
I prefer standard decks, that's the format I play/enjoy most often. The terminates really shouldn't be needed often, as the flail or collar + sparkmage/pyromancer/cultist can kill anything that doesn't have shroud, and you can board in gatekeepers to deal with anything that does. Thanks for the heads up on the sharpshooter though.
I like the idea, if you put together a sideboard (maybe some Bloodwitches to deal with Baneslayers) you could really be a darkhorse in standard with something like this.
What?! No Sideboard?
That's a hell of an idea
Agreed on the hexmages, they are great Walker defense, and I might consider running bloodseekers over child of night, they are just as cheap and help screw over eldrazi token decks
