I would probably swap out Steady Progress for Grim Affliction, unless you're looking for the card draw. It seems that you have a lot of cards that Proliferate, but you don't have a lot of cards with Infect to get the Proliferate going.

How does it do with mana production, having 70 cards in the deck and 17 Mountains? Do you find that you have to Mulligan to get land out on turn one, or have you been getting sufficient land?
