Black Deck Wins is an archetype based off what Red Deck Wins does, only instead of Aggro+Burn, it's Aggro+Control. The whole point of the deck is to reduce your opponent's life total to zero by either Zombie Beatdown, or controlling the Game until you can get out the Sanguine Bond-Exquisite Blood combo.
This deck has no basic, straight forward archetype. Instead, it is an adaptive one, and because of this, it is extremely solid. It consists of control and beatdown elements. The main way you play it is by analyzing what archetype your opponent is playing, and then switching to the opposite archetype. If your opponent is playing Aggro, your best bet against them is to play Control. Cards like Mutilate will wipe the board clean, enabling you to mount your own assault of Zombies. Cards like Underworld Connections and Sign in Blood will make sure that you always have a card advantage over your opponent. Also, cards like Griselbrand, Sanguine Bond, and Exquisite Blood will gain you enough life to slow your opponent's onslaught. If your opponent is playing Control, then you're probably going to play Zombie Aggro. Cards like Lifebane Zombie and Liliana's Reaver will make sure that your opponent has a minimum of cards to work with, all while maintaining a constant force of attackers.
