Deck Description

It's really slow, but you play 3 Multani's Presence, Guile and a Coatl. Then you cast Phantasmagorian and counter it by discarding 3. You then draw 3, play Phantasmagorian again, rinse and repeat. Emrakul is in there to discard, shuffling your graveyard back into your library, keeping the whole cycle going.

Comments and suggestions to speed it up are welcome. It's all about keeping the combo though.
Working in Land's Edge and Jace's Erasure would be awesome. Others to consider are Bazaar of Wonders, Lullmage Mentor and River Kelpie.

Perfect draw, going second for the draw:
Turn 1: Forest, Multani's Presence - 6 cards in hand
Turn 2: Forest, Multani's Presence, Multani's Presence - 4 cards in hand
Turn 3: Island, Lorescale Coatl - 3 cards in hand
Turn 4: Ancient Ziggurat, Krosan Drover - 2 cards in hand
Turn 5: Ancient Ziggurat, Guile - 1 card in hand
Turn 6: Ancestral Recall - 4 cards in hand
Turn 7: Phantasmagorian

Deck discussion for Ouroboros, World Eater

Ok - an infinite cycle - game drawn. That is if you are still breathing by turn 8. Kind of like living long enough to grow your hear long again to have strength!

Drawn? How so? All you have to do to break it is not counter Phantasmagorian. Next turn your inifitely buffed Lorescale Coatl swings. And yeah, I realize it is incredibly slow, this was more just to see that it could be done.

um wow, the only thing i could see would be to run maybe an everflowing chalice, fetch lands and some lotus cobras, maybe um oracle of mul daya. sorry it took so long for me to get to rating your deck and givin you some ideas, i've only been playing magic for probably 5 months now, but i seem to be doing ok at the local tourney's considering i'm on a budget too lol. good luck with this one. thats the only problem i see with using older cards. older decks are designed to take 8 or 9 turns to get really going.
