Better than most random pile of Slivers, but why Crypt Sliver + Dearkheart Sliver + Patriarch's Bidding? The Patriarch's Bidding gives your opponents creatures back too and isn't needed because of the Crypt Sliver, but if I were you I'd get rid of the combo all-together. I also don't like the Birds of Paradise + Gemhide Sliver, one is good enough and I'd easily take Gemhide Sliver out of these two. I like your idea of Slate of Ancestry + Mirari's Wake, but since no legendary... Thrumming Stone.

Darkheart + Crypt doesn't work, you cant regen a creature your sacrificing, Crypt is just great for blocking until you can get your win. Darkheart + Bidding isn't bad but it would work better with a something that has sac a creature to deal damage, like goblin bombardment, but I sadly can't think of any that fit this color scheme.
Well I guess its better than most of the Sliver decks on this website, but....I'll admit you'll have absolutely no issue with mana, however, 36 of the 60 cards in the deck are for making mana. I think what I'm triyng to say is that the deck has no power. For example, in my deck you'll get your slivers out with a gemhide, slivercycle a queen or overlord on the 5th turn and that's about game. You've got great management of mana but I kind of feel like the deck revolves too much around essence.

And no the crypt is not for darkheart.
