Another Modern budget deck, description from the original : "It seems my definition of budget is quite different from a lot of members on here, but my goal with the next couple of decks I post will be to build competitive modern decks under $100. Not expecting them to win PTQ's, but simply be a gateway for new players to start getting in to modern. Everywhere I play one of the problems seems to be getting players into modern, due to price or the meta's learning curve, they seem to stick to standard. I want to post 4-5 beginning decks under $100 for starter modern Decks" The sideboard is cards to save up and buy into
you want to take advantage of mana producing spells to play a chain, and then win with either storm elemental or grapeshot

Very nice buy why 3 past in flames? seems like 2 would be plenty to me. Also most new players i meet hate things like storm or complex combo decks. New players I meet tend to fall into the mindset of aggro deck or control deck. Still good on you for doing this.

Type your deck namei was on the rocks about three, i really just wish seething song wasnt banned. Ive posted several modern aggro decks, i figured some people like it a little more skill intensive.
You might also consider running a few Isochron Scepters. Grapeshot makes an excellent target to be able to copy every turn. Also, I would agree with the 2 maximum of Past in Flames. It is a good card, but you'll have quite a bit of mana to float after casting to attempt to storm after it. Also might consider tossing in some Lightning Bolts just for a quick one drop spell that throws 3 at something.
