also Disfigure is no longer standard either.
you asked for standard only, but you've got tons of non-standard cards here... Jwar Isle Refuge, Halimar Depths, Jace Beleren, Consuming Vapors, and Preordain all rotated out of standard when M12 came out, as did your suggested Creeping Tar Pit. make the refuges Darkslick Shores, Halimar Depths into either islands or swamps, and Preordains into Ponders. You could upgrade Jace to being the M12 Jace, but i have no idea what to tell you about consuming vapors. good luck!
