Patrick Dickmann's version of TarmoTwin that I have slightly edited. It runs very well for me.
If there's little interaction, the plan is at their endstep turn three play an exarch or pestermite, and then turn four twin your creature for the win. For anyone who doesn't understand the combo, or is new to twin, Splinter Twin gives the ability to the enchanted creature to tap and make a copy of itself with haste for the turn. On a deceiver exarch or pestermite, the copy enters the battlefield and can untap the actual creature with the Splinter Twin on it, allowing you to make infinite creature to attack with for infinite damage. A nice back up plan is small, incremental damage with small creatures, lightning bolt, and electrolyze.
