Lifegain/Tap deck. Use Perimeter Captains and Stalwart Shield-Bearers in conjunction to create a strong defense while gathering life. Use Blinding Mages and Royal Assassins to destroy creatures whether or not it is your turn. Use Serra Ascendant after 2-3 turns when you have 30+ health. Lone Missionary is primarily used for health and early attackers. Eland Umbra on the Defenders, Mammoth Umbra on the Serra Ascendants. Use special lands to do direct damage, and gain health. This deck contains many drain health spells, as well as destroy enchantment, artifact, indestructible, and exiling. This deck is heavy on drawing extra cards, and library searching. In conjunction with heavy card drawing, there are a lot of land to fuel lifetaps and lifegaining spells. --Please leave thoughts/comments on what could be switched as improvements.
