Ok i'll explain in a less insulting way.... This is a format called EDH (Elder Dragon Highlander) In this format you have a General that you can play at any time for its mana cost. In the rest of your deck you can have one of each card excluding basic lands. The cards in your deck must correspond to your generals colors. Also for every time you play your general it will cost two more colorless mana to play. Your general MUST be a legendary creature as well. The maximum number of card you can have in the deck is 99(excluding general). This format puts a new twist on the game that can be both fun and confusing because you'll see cards that you've probably never seen before being used.

He doesn't need the proliferate when everything costs one to level up. As he told me Transcendant master is too slow and he doesn't own 4 student of warfare.
You guys did read the fact that he has permanent bombs in here right? When he plays the deck he counters everything that might stop him from setting up. So basically he bombs eldrazi come into play and we can't kill him.

He made the deck for standard play, he didn't get to think of using transmute.
Im gonna assume its Koth's Emblem....
Or You could just run both because you can only have 4 of each anyway.
He made this deck when the concept of 2nd turn infect was still in the works. Plus hes never made a really fast deck in his life.

Just throwing out the fact that he probably doesn't have the cards or the money to get the cards he just makes decks when he is bored.
It isn't the win condition if he sets up his opponents will have 20+ cards in hand and then he'll use stormseeker on them
Im assuming that he was planning on putting more ways to get rid of it with in the deck.
copy does not mean cast so therefore the kiln fiend recieves no buff for the copies
no it probably doens't he just makes decks in his spare time and never plays them
