Need help with how to make it work better and faster.

Try Garruk Relentless instead of Vraska. He tends to work much better.

I intend to use her tokens and make them unblockable as a fail safe if Lotleth troll fails
That was my original intent, but the tokens are extremely simple to deal with. Just a suggestion.
i really like the idea. however, if the decks main win condition is lotleth troll and rogue's passage, then u wanna run 4 of each. btw i like your creative idea to use veilborn ghoul. most of the veteran players wouldve tried to make it way more complicated. i really like it. my initial thought is why couldnt i think of that. also i do have a few suggestions swap out the guildmages for gravecrawlers. i think that would put a little more pressure on the opponent. also i drop gravepurge in favor of jarad's orders. think about it. grab an extra loltroll and throw a gravecrawler or veilborn ghoul into the graveyard. im sure that would help too.
Do you suggest more creatures with scavenge? I don't want because of the high manna cost but it would make things go a bit faster.
I would but I don't have any gravecrawlers yet and I only got the two lotleth troll and on rogue's passage.
I would add 4 woodland cemeteries and 4 Overgrown Tombs too, and use arbor elf for ramp. I run three in my deck and it works just fine.
Alright here's an update, Brought this deck to magic night last week. The guy who hosted it and faced me was impressed. Problem was I kept getting screwed over. I think i should only run 20 land. What do you guys think?
your earliest varaska win comes on turn seven and you only run one in the deck, i realize that you've got threats but i don't think that it's worth keeping. I'd throw in nighthawk to deter attacks and slow your opponent. and 20 lands is what i would run in the deck, but if your'e going to keep the utility lands around the stay at 22
