A deck I was inspired to make after learning about the Rooftop Storm + Sedraxis Alchemist + Warstorm Surge / Circu, Dimir Lobotomist / Genesis Chamber / Demon's Horn / Door of Destinies infinite loop combo.

Use Fog Bank, Æther Membrane, Disperse, Countersquall, and Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker to stall for time.
Use Citanul Flute, Diabolic Tutor, and the scrying lands (Temple of [x]) to search your deck for Sedraxis Alchemist and Rooftop Storm, as well as at least one of the following:
Demon's Horn, Door of Destinies, Genesis Chamber, Circu Dimir Lobotomist, and/or Warstorm Surge. If necessary, use Dead Reckoning, Elixir of Immortality and Kozilek, Butcher of Truth act as insurance in case necessary cards end up in your grave.
Bare minimum you want the first two and one of the other five, but you want as many of the other five out as you can.
Play AT LEAST one copy (it doesn't really matter how many you have out) of Demon's Horn, Door of Destinies, Genesis Chamber, and Warstorm Surge, UP TO one copy of Circu Dimir Lobotomist, and EXACTLY one copy of Rooftop Storm as soon and as quickly as you can. When you play Door of Destinies, declare type 'Zombie'.
Once you've played Rooftop Storm and whatever you can of the other five cards, play Sedraxis Alchemist. Note its casting cost is now 0.
This will trigger Demon's Horn (you gain 1 life), Door of Destinies (+1/+1 on creatures you control of chosen type), Genesis Chamber (+1 1/1 Myr artifact creature token on your field), Circu Dimir Lobotomist (target opponent exile-mills 1 card, prevents same-named cards from being played), and/or Warstorm Surge (target opponent takes 2 damage).
Since you control a blue permanent (Rooftop Storm), you can return Sedraxis Alchemist to your hand.
Which you can then immediately put back on the field, as it still has a 0 casting cost, yet again triggering Demon's Horn, Door of Destinies, Genesis Chamber, Circu Dimir Lobotomist, and/or Warstorm Surge.
Lather, rinse, repeat to ridiculous extent.
