A Speedy Golgari Swarm deck. It makes use of a lot of cheap creatures, and creates with haste, to pummel your opponent quickly. In addition, it's got plenty of removal for enemy creatures, big and small. A big part of it, is Scavenge with Varolz. Using his ability, you can scavenge up some creatures, to pump up your other monsters. With it you can Scavenge a Diregraf Ghoul for one mana, and add 2/2 to a create of your choice. Desecration demon, you can do 6/6 for only 4 Mana! The Scavenge, combos really well with Lotelth troll as well. You can discard something like a Diregraf Ghoul, give it the counter, then Scavenge for one manacost, for 2/2 counters on the troll.
You generally want to play fast and furious. You want to drop a Gravecrawler, or Diregraf Ghoul hopefully on Turn 1.Turn 2, you want to drop either two more 1 cost creatures, or get out the Strangleroot Geist. Continue to pummel your opponents.3rd turn is when you start dropping either Dreg Manglers, or a Varolz. This is when you can start doing more damage, or prep to pump up Varolz. Remember, you can regenerate him if you Sacrifice a creature, so keep that in mind. Sacrificing a Gravecrawler, Strangleroot Geist, etc etc can pretty much be a free regenerate.4th Turn, you're either dropping a desecration Demon, or pumping up your stuff. Your opponent should be pretty low by now, use, or continue using your removal if you need it.5th turn is around when you should be close to victory, continue pumping up your stuff, and hitting hard!

I checked out your deck, and commented on it!
You should add Deadly Allure, it's standard, flashback and will likely remove an oponent's creature everytime in CMC 1
or an ambush viper, works well with Varolz and it will kill basicly anything. You need a creature to cast Deadly Allure on so it will not be as reliable since you might not always have creatures in the battlefield. There is even the possibility that your opponent might remove the creature you cast Deadly Allure rendering it useless.
but deadly allure can be used twiceand with gravecrawler that keeps coming back, crature with undying or with regenerate, he will most likely have a creature on the battlefieldif he can remove your creature when you cast deadly allure, he can also remove your ambush viper as an instant
Hey guys, I apperciate your thoughts!I got the chance to try out both of your suggestions today, and while they worked well, I found I had so much removal, Ambush Viper and Deadly Allure didn't come into play that much. My deck has been modified a bit since your suggestions thoug.Again, I really appreciate it, and am quite open to more advice!
I feel like you could greatly benefit from Gristly Salvage or Mulch.
I've thought about adding Grisly Salvage a few times, I think if I did that, I would swap the Deathrite Shamans into the Mainboard. However, I'm not quite sure what I would replace to add them in.
Honestly, I think you could do with two less land. 21 land is the best chance of getting 2 land in your opening hand and then you would get 2 more land shortly after. You could take out the two land for Gristly Salvage. Plus with Gristly Salvage you would be able to get more land. Oh, and I think you should sideboard Golgari Charm.
I like, but more creatures -1 forest-1 rancor-1 doomblade+2 blood scivener+1 lotleth
