This deck is one that i built for RTR block format (Using cards only from RTR, GTC, DGM). It works alright against some other block decks i've played against, but i would like to fix it up a bit so if you have any suggestions please let me know.
Optimally u want turn one raptor and a turn two creature to evolve it then for the rest of the game you play like standard blue control. When you can be ahead on board use a few spells or activated abilities to get some good poke. Although usually you want to keep your mana open when you have a good board state to show you have a counter/trick to your opponents plays as you attack, then on their turn counter whats necessary or if they pass with nothing threatening you than you can use activated abilities like the guildmage or vorel. Beetleform Mage is very good against most flying creatures in the format it beats a lot of the angels. Simic Charm Serves as a pump spell for blocking a control spell to bounce an important creature, and to protect your creatures from removal. You can use Turn // Burn fuse card to really screw with your opponents strongest creatures and although the burn portion is hardly played turn is a beast enough effect to play this card.
