Would throw in Apostle's Blessing for protection/unblockable.

No longer Standard.
Personally, I would take out Electromancer and Weird and put in Magma Jet and Young Pyromancer main deck. Quicken is the only 1 mana cantrip in the format and in this deck it would feed chimera, burn with guttersnipe and create a token with YP. Also, I would add in Steam Augery for more card advantage, plus it works well with chimera.
Oh, and Mad Cap Skills is also an insane enchantment.
I would suggest adding Celestial Archon (maybe 2 of) as a late game finisher. Also, the red ordeal over Soul Mender, Soldier of the Pantheon over Suntail Hawk, Dryad Militant over the Crusader and adding in Brave the Elements as another finisher and protection (probably over Divine Verdict and 2 Coordinated Assaults). If you can, find room for Fabled Hero. Those would be my ideal card choices.
To be honest, I am not sure where you are trying to go with this deck. Green Weenies? Simic Control? Fatty-Fatty-Boom-Boom? The best thing that I can suggest for now is to find some focus for this deck. If it is around Trench Gorger, then it definitely needs to run several more lands and card-drawing to get to the singleton copy of TG faster. Unless you are going with the weenie/elf ramp style, you will want to run more lands. About 40 percent is a good estimate for a normal deck with a reasonable mana curve.
That's Right, I forgot about Ogre Battledriver, those guys are insane. You should probably use that as your 4-drop.
My personal thoughts on how to improve the deck: Replace the Rakdos, Lord of Riots with Desecration Demons (if you want a 6/6 fatty flier for 4), they are much more reliable. Take the smelts out of the main board as usually decks won’t run artifacts that you will have to worry about. I am going to assume you want it to be rotation-proof so I will not suggest any ISD/M13 cards. Running only 20 lands, you don’t want to have too many 4+drops or spells with X in their cost, so I would remove the Rakdos’s Returns and replace them with maybe Flames of the Firebrand or SkullCrack. Master of Cruelties seems weak considering how aggressive this deck wants to be but how slow the card actually works. It works well with Rouge’s Passages, but at the same time, I think it would be a bit unreliable to have both out and the mana to cast MoC/use RP. I like the Flailer because it is a 3 drop that can goto the head for 4. Aggressive decks are all about maximizing value and minimizing casting costs. While Bloodfray Giant works well with Exava, I would once again consider trying to lower the curve, maybe with Splatter Thug or Gore-House Chainwalker to try to lower the curve and get in damage as quickly as possible. Perhaps go with Ash-Zealots as well. You can probably cut some swamps and replace them with some form of dual lands.
