Deck Description

My take on 8-rack tried to keep it somewhat budget so no Liliana of the veil or ensnaring bridge but think deck still functions well without them but would love any feedback

Deck discussion for Hmm This card!

shrieking affliction or the rack + bottomless pit = slow and agonizing pain your opponent can't escape!
Waste not is a must, don't put it in the sideboard, put it in your main deck! Each of its ability is a staple in this kind of deck: card advantage, blockers (it's a slow killing machine you're building, so you need some defenses against aggro deck) and mana to cast more spells. Works especially well with Dark Ritual, another card you should consider so that you can start to disrupt the hand of your opponent ASAP.
Hymn to tourach is simply the best discard spell ever, second only to thoughtseize.

Feels like it has too many lands. You have one card that costs 3 mana, all others cost 2 or 1. That opens room for more control or discards, even.

It's because of smallpox and the retrace on Raven's crime need to sacrifice/discard land

[[Hero's Downfall]] may be a necessary evil vs Planeswalkers. While the games where close, I've beaten a similar deck off planeswalker ulti's. Downfall should earn at least a few sideboard slots.
